Terms of Service

AgentQA records runs of your AI agents, evaluates them against test cases you define, and shows you the results. You bring the agent and the data; we bring the recording, scoring, and dashboards.

You own the data you send us. You are responsible for making sure you’re allowed to send it — don’t send other people’s personal data you have no right to process, and use the SDK’s redaction hooks to scrub secrets and sensitive values before they leave your machine.

You are responsible for what your agents do. AgentQA evaluates runs; it does not control or execute your agents.

AgentQA’s evaluators and test templates improve by learning from anonymized, aggregated failure patterns — for example, “agents frequently select the wrong record when company names are similar.“ This never includes your prompts, outputs, traces, customer data, or anything identifying you or your clients; only the abstract pattern and its frequency.

You can opt out any time by emailing hello@agentqa.dev — opting out never degrades your own evaluations.

Evaluations combine deterministic rules with an AI judge. When the system is uncertain it says so (“needs review“) rather than guessing, but no automated evaluation is perfect. Verdicts inform your decisions; they don’t replace them. Don’t rely on AgentQA as the sole safeguard for actions that could cause real harm.

Don’t use AgentQA to test agents built for illegal activity, don’t attempt to access other tenants’ data, and don’t overload the service beyond documented limits. We may suspend accounts that do.

Screenshots are retained for 90 days by default; run data is retained until you delete it. Deleting a project permanently removes its runs, traces, test suites, and reports. To delete your whole account and everything in it, email us — we complete deletion within 30 days.

AgentQA is provided as-is while in early access, without uptime guarantees. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

If these terms change materially we’ll email account owners at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
